  12. We use  ICON applications at AT&T Global Information Solutions to create
  13. statistical reports on data generated by benchmark runs.  Currently these
  14. reports take several hours to run.  
  15.  
  16. Is there a way to optimize the applications for our platform so that the
  17. reports will execute faster?  We are considering porting the applications to C
  18. and recompiling, but would like to avoid this if possible because they are
  19. very long and complicated.
  20.  
  21. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
